MANGO MARGARITA Instructions:
Add ingredients to a bar blender. Add cracked ice, and blend until smooth. Serve in a tumbler or margarita glass. Garnish with a wheel of lime. Ingredients:
1 ½ Ounce Tequila.
¾ Ounce orange liqueur.
2 Ounces fresh mango, peeled, pitted and pureed.
2 Ounces simple syrup.
1 Ounce freshly squeezed lime juice.
1 Cup cracked ice.
MANGO AND WATERMELON SALAD Instructions:
In a medium stainless steel bowl, combine the mango, watermelon, onion, jalapeño and tomatoes. To Prepare the dressing:
In a small bowl whisk the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, honey and salt. To Serve:
Drizzle dressing over the mango mixture and toss with cilantro and watercress. Serving suggestion: Remove watercress and pair with grilled chicken or fish.
